We have the pleasure to introduce ourselves as a marine crewing agency in Kherson, Ukraine.

Marine agency “Trust Service” is a developing company, licensed by Ukrainian Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and given the permission to act as an intermediary between the Seafarer and Shipowner/ Shipmanager.

Our agency operates with constantly increasing database of suitably qualified and competent Ukrainian crews, having professional knowledge, experience of working on the foreign companies’ vessels and a good command of English of a sufficient standard to enable them to perform their duties safely. All the seafarers have appropriate documents and certificates in accordance with IMO Conventions and STCW 78/95 requirements.

Step by step our agency grows and increases the number of new partners and employed seamen. At the moment we cooperate with shipowners & shipmanagers of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, the Netherlands, Germany, providing crew for different types of vessels: oil/chemical tankers, containers, supply vessels, bulk carriers, dry cargoes, general cargo ships, coasters, reefers, Ro-Ro vessels, etc.

Our activities in scope of manning include: screening and registration of seagoing personnel Ukraine wide, STCW Certificates, Physical Examination Report and Drug/Alcohol Test checking, testing seafarers through Marlins English Language Computer Test and CES 4.1, pre-joining seagoing personal briefing in compliance with company policy and ship’s particulars, preparing of flag documents Applications, arrangement of procedures for joining the ship (visa formalities, travel arrangements).
